Robbing me of my provident fund and unprofessional call centre agents

I have been calling constantly making follow ups on my provident fund withdrawal. I resigned in August. It has not been processed at SARS, and when I call the call centre they say my documents havent been received, but another person internally had said to me that the documents were received. So who is fooling who here exactly. All I want is my money so I can part ways with you guys.

Also, you employees do not know how to talk to people, I constantly have to call them to order and remind them that I am a customer, they are not doing me a favour and they must learn to talk to people. Thats my money that you guys are holding there, you are not doing me a favour please.
