Ridiculous and nonsense services

I have been put through a withdrawal clam over a month ago, only for the admin team to mess it up by only finding out more than 3 weeks later that the claim form submitted is incorrect. I have been delayed for a very long time and even now there has not been update on when my payout will be. We're possibly entering week 9 from when I started the process. It's appaling and nonsense that AF can get such a simple process wrong. I hate it they are ridiculous and pathetic in how they conduct their services
