REVOLTING ATTITUDE

I am currently dealing with a fund administrator in a desperate attempt to get my claim processed. I was retrenched with my last working day being 31 March 2016. My previous employer submitted my documents to Tsephang Motoung on 5 May. On 16 May I spoke with her and she advised me that she needs 10 working days to process the claim, to the best of my recollection I asked if this is 10 working days from submission of claim and she said yes. Today I am told "No I need 10 working days from the 16th". WHAT WAS SHE DOING BETWEEN THE 5TH AND 16TH!?
While the delay is not entirely her responsibility I find her telephone manner to be absolutely revolting. She requested documentation, I submitted one to her unsure if it was OK, finding an additional one I sent a second email, also requesting that she advise me of anything else she may need.
I then battled to get hold of her for TWO days telephonically, wanting only to confirm if she'd received them. Tuesday and Wednesday her phone either went directly to voice mail or just rang.
Finally getting hold of her today I have to deal with an attitude that makes it sound as though she's had a long night out and really couldn't be bothered with assisting me. She has no qualms about interupting me when I speak either.

Yesterday I dealt with a call centre agent/operator by the name of Thabo - I suggest you get him to teach her a thing or two about customer service, he was friendly, understanding and empathetic.

While it may be easy for her as she is employed and secure - does she ever consider the position RENTRENCHED employees are sitting in!? I did not chose this to happen and yet I'm being treated like I am nothing but another begger on the street.
