Retirement fund claim
On the 6th October 2020, I called Alexandra Forbes about my retirement fund from my former employer. I was querying how can I withdraw the funds, the consultant told I need to contact my former employer to get withdrawal form which I explained the company was closed in Cape Town in 2011. I ask her to give me a contact person to get the withdrawal form which she told me I must google the company contacts. I dont understand why she does not assist me now I am stuck when I google I get international JP Morgan contacts.

I received a call from Alexander Forbes last week Wednesday saying they are looking at my query and their investigation will take four days. I am struggle to get hold anyone from Alexander Forbes when I try to call them my phone calls are diverting to their Call where you have to hold for more than 10 minutes. I tried sending follow up e-mails as well by no one is responding.
