Retirement claim funds

<p>I did a retirement claim on February since then i havent received my retirement funds ...every time when i call Alexander forbs the consultants always tell me next week monday i will receive my money everytime. .....mid June i called again sibusiso referred me to the lady who's handling my claim her name is thembi i called her she said shes still waiting for standard bank to respond her i phone standard Bank HR they told me they have send everything to that lady i phoned that lady at Alexander forbs ....she told me that standard bank has responded i will receive my claim funds 2017_07_05 yesterday. .....i phoned her yesterday she told me she's still busy with it then after phoning her i phoned Alexander forbs consultants i spoke with zanele ...she told me a different story i told her to log a complain which she said she did log it today i phoned thembi she told shes still waiting dor standard Bank they haven't responded. .....i dont know what is happening with your stuff ....I've been waiting for it been 4 months or five months waiting ....i dont even get messages that updates me on what is happening i have to phone every time and get different stories. .....if i dont get my funds this week i have to take action i cannot wait more than this</p>
