Respond To Avoid Legal Action

I have funds due to me from Alexander Forbes from November 2020, which we had finalized in a physical meeting at their offices and a few online ones thereafter. Now all of a sudden when it's time to pay out they keep delaying, giving me vague responses on when I will receive my funds, sometimes outright ignoring my messages.

What grates me the most is that I have dealt with Alexander Forbes a countless number of times in the past and never have I experienced such incompetence from the company, makes one wonder what has caused management's sudden deterioration in service delivery. You would swear you're dealing with public service consultant's with the lack of efficiency.

The consultant I'm dealing with is Babui Mashaba. I cannot find the CEO's email anywhere, so I urge the Alexander Forbes consultant handling their Hellopeter page to escalate this matter immediately, otherwise I will be left with no option but to take legal action.
