Request for Assistance Not Yet Working...

<p>I can't belive that I have to resort to Hello Peter in the hope of getting assistance from Alexander Forbes (AF). On 24 April I filled in an online form for assitance, today (26 April) I phoned into the 0860 Assistant Services Number for assitance (basically follwing up on my unsanswered e-mail). The first consultant sounded disinterested and half asleep and the call was dropped, perhaps he nodded off... I then called back and made some progress (I spoke to 2 people) but then the call was dropped again, great. So here I am complaining, hopefully AF will assist me. I have an existing investment with AF (retirement annuity fund) and would like to know the procedure and the forms that need to be completed if I want to transfer funds from another retirement annuity fund to the AF fund etc.</p>
