Release of Funds

This message is not intended as a complaint, but rather a sincere plea for assistance. I exited my former employer on 10 October 2025, and the disinvestment on my policy was logged on 10 November 2025. Based on my previous experience, I had anticipated that the payout would be finalised within a shorter timeframe. I have since been advised that the process will only be completed at the end of January 2026.

Unfortunately, we are currently facing a serious family emergency. A close family member has passed away and needs to be laid to rest urgently. She did not have any funeral or insurance policies in place, and these funds are our only means to give her a dignified burial.

I humbly request that you consider my circumstances and assist, if at all possible, with an expedited release of the funds. Your support during this difficult time would mean more to our family than words can express.
