Release my funds Busisiwe Komeke

I have resigned on the 29 june 2020, i havent get my funds when i call them they will say that are still waiting for administrator of which is Busisiwe komeke to release the my funds i havve even walkin to their offices in Durban still they cant reach to her coz she doesnt replies on her emails, this lady doesnt do her job. Some people they using these Covid 19 working from their holiday of which is not fair to us. You cant tell me that it can took 4 full months for someone to realese my fund plz help
