Refusal to make payment

There's always an excuse to not payout their clients heavily disappointed at how they conduct business. Over 8 weeks from the time they had promised to make payment to my husband and everyday they have a new excuse, first they said incorrect bank details were provided very incorrect as the details supp**** along with the application were the same moved on to say a wrong amount in the tax directive was app**** for. Who must suffer for their incompetence?

They love promising 5-10 working days. Every incompetence is resolved within 10 days please don't trust this people with your money
