Refusal by Alexander Forbes to pay my Pension Fund money

I have recently been retrenched and currently Alexander Forbes is refusing to pay my Pension Fund. I have ceased being a member of the Fund on 31 August 2023. My wife after finding out of my retrenchment rushed to legal aid Board in order to access 50 percent of my pension through an urgent application via court dated 13 September 2023 which was submitted to Alexander Forbes on 19 September 2023. In terms of Pension Fund Act, any claims after a membership is terminated should not be considered hence Alexander Forbes is in contempt of court because the Rule Nisi was issued on 25 October 2023 in order for Alexander Forbes to pay my Pension Fund accordingly. I have emailed Alexander Forbes regarding the same however they don't respond to my emails. Also take note that I have not even signed any divorce summons because Alexander Forbes refusal to pay is based on the so-called divorce action as per their records.
