Refund my Money NOW!!!
On the 6th November I updated my insurance policy to remove one of the vehicles from my policy. A refund is supposed to have been processed but I am still waiting for my refund.
I will now be cancelling my entire policy today due to the lack of service from the insurance department. Today should be the last day of cover and my pro rata refund (calculated from tomorrow) + previous refund should be returned to me!
I want this resolved today as I have been waiting long enough for feedback!
