Refund Me

Upon leaving my last company Trudon, I was given the option to carry on investing with Alexander Forbes or take out my lump sum. I chose to stay and invest. I submitted all my documents and signed contract to deduct R500 starting October 2013 with Triveshan Naidoo. Since then the debit order has gone off every month with no problem. This past week my debit order bounced, and when I queried when it would go off again and if Alexander Forbes would charge me for the bounced fee, I was informed that I have no products with Alexander Forbes. I was informed that my ID number was not on the system. Should this be the case, kind refund me all my money and let me take my business elsewhere.<br>
