Ref Number: K9-43W- a week waiting just to get an IRP5. Really i dont understand why it would take a week to send a soft copy of a document that already exist in your systems. I have received IRP5's from my previous fund holders in less than 8 hours, really a big institution such as Forbes cant be caught dragging their feet with such petty things. Come on
