RE: BAD SERVICE, NO RESPONSE FOE 4 MONTHS APPLICATION

I had a complain that i laid a week ago and till today no got back to me regarding the issue that i have with Alexander Forbes. I was promise that someone will contact me but till today none whatsoever. I feel neglected as customer not even a courtesy call from the company just to hear my issue. You dont put your customer at the center of your business, your customers have no value nothing moves you when comes to your customer its been 7 days no one have contacted me i have provided the contact details. No courtesy call provided just to hear my story. No customer service at all.
