Ran out of patience
I do not understand why have so many platforms to assist your clients and all of them not render any help. I have been trying to claim my 2pot but on your AF CONNECT app it says loading your profile and investments have sent countless emails even made calls but didn't get any help from you guys. What's 1 have to do to get assisted with this because clearly no amount of email will get this resolved.
