Radio Silence.

I just need help with my Tax Directive certificate so that I can file my taxes. I was told by AF that the ROT needs to come from Momentum Funds at work. But Momentum Funds at work say they have received an error because the tax directive number used by AF is incorrect according to the FSCA.

Now all that needs to happen is for AF to show evidence of the ROT FSCA tax directive number the submitted. But now they have gone quiet. Dead silence. They need to speak to my correspondent at Funds at Work. I don't know which number to dial. All numbers I dial go to voice mail.

You guys don't have a reliable contact centre. The emails I send are being ignored now.
