Quick to take your money, does not pay out!

I have been paying into my pension fund with Alexander Forbes for 5 years. During lockdown last year, i was retrenched by my company and my company app**** for my pension fund to be paid out in May. By September we had not heard from them and upon enquiry were told that they received no such application. The company submitted the forms a second time. As i on my side for a second time. Only after threatening them with lawyers, the ombudsman and Hello Peter did we get a response from them in February this year. Roxan Stoltenkamp from Custmer complaint has been giving us the run arround with responses from we are currently assessing your claim to waiting for paper work from the company. Latest being an email saying she is out of office and will return on the 1st of January 2021! This was the 18th of April 2021. Still no pension fund pay out or info a year later. What now?!
