Questions Remain Unanswered

According to the administrator of an old pension fund of mine the pension was paid out. However I did not receive anything Despite several emails and calls, still no answer on my questions; When was it paid out exaxtly? To who was it paid? How much was paid? The bank and bank account number it was alledly paid into?

When questions like above are not answered, how can you trust Alexander with your money and investments?
