Questionable ethics

It's concerning how we always have to be fighting for what rightfully belongs to us, what we looking for is simple however we being given a run around, my aunt and uncle spoke to Mpho Mokoditoa and Zain Xaba about getting proof of payment and last statement so we now the account is on zero however it sounds like we ask for too much which is rather suspensions how a big corporate would not follow due process and not be in position to provide important information concerning a payment they made to us.
