Putrid service! The worst firm in the industry!
Absolutely Pathetic service - I've been with Alex Forbes for almost 14 years.
Worst firm to invest with - onboarding is great but after sales is pathetic for what was once a reputable and professional firm, they have decided to go in the same direction as the government and provide little to no support or service. Their managers lie and do not return calls. their only response on interaction is "we are sorry". they do nothing to improve their service or your experience, they have committed themselves to complete service failure.
So disappointing - how far this firm has fallen!

Today i get a copy pasted response via email of a mail that was sent to me in April - you have done NOTHING to assist me in sorting our the issues, if anything you have continued to show me that NO ONE has any idea about how to get their job done! The managers have absolutely no clue what is going on! The right hand has no idea what the left hand is doing! Since the 13th of April I have been waiting for my funds to be paid out! You guys are so inexperienced and incapable of doing your day to day jobs? How? Are you not being paid a salary at the end of the day? Should you not be WORKING for that salary?????
So Hellopeter is the first step, this will now go to Facebook, Instagram, Talk702! and EVERY possible platform out there - word of mouth can build a business, what else can it do... I have found hundreds of unhappy clients with a little bit of digging - please explain how it is that this firm operates!
