Putrid service non existent IT department

The most technological challenged company, the company app has been down/offline for the entire month of August 2024, therefore unable to view statement of retirement savings. We work for one of the largest Healthcare providers in South Africa and unfortunately and disappointly so our employer chose Alexander Forbes to administer our retirement funds. The website and app AF connect does not work last week the notice on the site said it will be down due to seed capital calculations up until the 2 September 2024, even though the government said we can access our funds from the 1 September 2024. Today many staff members tried to submit a withdrawal claim and most were unsuccessful.Reason being website can only have 300 people logging in at a time. They even closed their Whatsapp line. We are trying to access money that is ours but it feels like Alexander Forbes seems to be stalling, according to their call centre agents there is no other way to apply than on their website which clearly does work.
