Pure waste of time.

I recently wrote a review about Alexander Forbes, they responded advised me that my query was "supposedly sent to the relevant department" I was told they will get back to me soonest. 2 weeks later, I still have not heard back from them. Alexander Forbes if you are unable to help me why not let me know instead of the nonsense of just going quiet with no reason. I have no words to express my disappointment but I do know I do not have anything nice to say about the lousy service you give.
