Provident Funds Reimbursed

Why is it that institutions are quick to take money but when you require funds to be reimbursed there are always delays and complications?<br> Was sent sms stating my funds would be paid by the 13th April, now the 19th and still stories as to why money has not be paid back.<br> They have all correct banking details but blame the bank.<br> Need to pay deposits on new property as moved to JHB for new job but stuck in the lurch!
