Provident funds

I wish there was a zero star for rating this useless service. I have been waiting for my provident funds for almost a year now, in June they sent me a message saying that they will process my things in 6 weeks, I called agin last month in August one of the useless ****** agents told me about the turn around time of 6 weeks.. it's like the language they have learnt during their training it's 6 weeks , I don't know how many 6 weeks do I have to wait to ****en get my money. I called today hoping to have a positive feedback and the agent Reginald told me they get back to me in 24 to 42 hours, do they really know frustrating it to wait for funds that you don't know when you will get me. A year has passed now without getting a solution to this. I'm really ****ed with their poor service
