Provident Fund Withdrawal Payout

I made a claim at Alexandra Forbes for my Provident fund on 30 September 2020 until now (16 February) I did not receive any positive feedback from them, whenever I enquire about my claim they tell me they are busy with it but never update me with any progress. On their website they stated that the withdrawal takes between six (6) and eight (8) weeks to be finalized but mine is more than twenty ( 20) weeks now. The issue now is Alexandra Forbes is holding my money and now I am unable to provide for my children. I am frustrated since i lost job and my provident fund claim is my only source that will assist me to provide for my children. I tried to contact them several time but they never fulfill their promises.
