Provident fund withdrawal

I have never been so dissapointed in a company. Worst of all, Alexander Forbes is a financial company, people are supposed to trust them! Now I understand there is a process for withdrawal a provident fund, hence I phoned to find out if my claim can be expedited. I was made false promises by each consultant I spoke to. This caused a financial loss to myself as I made commitments I could not honor. If they stated from the beginning that it will not be possible, I would have accepted it. But I took their word and promises as they are supposed to be a trusted financial service provider. I will never do business with them or even refer them to anyone, the people who work for them is not competent to give people proper financial advise.
