Provident fund withdrawal

Alexander Forbes provident fund withdrawal is such a nightmare! Our claims were submitted by the employer (Life Healthcare) as a collective, some on the 8th and some on the 11th of November. To my surprise, claims that were submitted on the 8th were paid out from the 12th of November! In fact my colleagues have all received their provident fund money, but I’m still waiting for mine. I have sent them numerous emails but nothing has been done to expedite this. It’s the 10th of December and I have not received any payment from them. When I call them, I get vague answers, things like “you’ll receive your many at any day now since we have received the tax directive” what is any day ? In one email they said my claim would be finalised within7-14 days-this was on the 21st of November.
