Bad service from this company rude consultant team leaders not available to take your calls they keep u on hold until you run out of airtime I spend 45 min on hold for a team leader the consultant tell me the team leader is not on the floor after putting me on hold for almost 25 min then she come back and tell me the team leader is not on the floor to take my call I ask her to transfer my call to the complain department where I register my complain ref number: Complaint Reference Number: CCCG-8796 the money was supposed to be paid on Friday the complain department take 4 days to investigate every time you get a different answer from each en every person when you call the call center this is so bad
