Provident Fund withdrawal

I'm starting to think A Forbes is a ****. I've been trying to withdraw my Provident fund from September 2021 with no success. Everytime you call you get a different story. They never even bother to call you to keep you updated with the progress you ALWAYS have to call them only to get another version of the process. Im really disgusted by A.Forbes and their service. What's frustrating is I'm unemployed and have to hussle to get airtime so that I can follow up on MY money!!
