Provident Fund transfer delay

I have left my previous employer around Jan this year which i opted to transfer my Provident fund to the new Insurer to this day my Previous insurer Alexander Forbes hasn't transferred my money to my new insurer..it has been 8 months now always being told that i should wait for feedback, this is pathetic since my money is with them with out any service for me.
