Provident fund transfer and withdrawal
There is no response to almost 8 emails I have sent to you guys. All I want to know is the progress of my part withdrawal and part transfer. Tracking on your af connect site is not reliable. Calling your call center is a nightmare because no one answers. I have also opted to be called back,but no one ever does.

Can Lebohang Kgasi please provide an update.
I called in twice this morning wanting to get an update on my withdrawal. On Friday Lebohang mentioned that funds had been disinvested and you were waiting for details of the new fund. I had included details of the new fund in my withdrawal form and the new fund is also with you guys,more importantly I need to know when will the cash portion will be sent for tax directive and when will the funds be paid to me . I thought the transfer to the new fund will be a seamless transaction because it's internal. Would appreciate some sort of feedback regarding all this.
