Provident fund that has no been processed for about about 3 months now!

I handed in my claim back in October 2024 after exiting the company I worked for, till to this day I only received a small portion of my provident fund. I started to call during the cause of the previous week and the agent who was assisting me confirmed that my funds are just laying around somewhere and the claim has not been processed as yet. He assured me that I will be receiving a call on Friday the 31st of January 2025 before 12h00 pm. Around 15h00 I called for a follow up since no one bothered to call me back and during the cause of my call it got cut, no one called me back for an update, and I again called and it got cut AGAIN and still no one called to update me as I did not get an answer as to what is happening with my claim. And it was not because I did not have enough airtime to call. At this point I am beyond frustrated and I DO NOT know what to do anymore!!!!!
