Provident fund tax certificate
Good Day,
I need a tax certificate showing my provident fund contributions agreeing to the amount reflecting on my IRP5 in order to prove to SARS that I've been contributing, otherwise SARS holds me liable for not contributing my part of the provident fund while my employer does.
Why is it so complicated to get a tax certificate. My previous fund was with sanlam and I didn't struggle to get it. I have called several times but I haven't been helped.
