Provident Fund still not paid out

Good day,

My father put a provident fund claim in October 2021 with Alexander Forbes, his company sent a claim on his behalf and nobody has bothered to give my dad a feedback on what is happening on his claim, we have been calling and tried to send emails but nobody is giving us feedback.

My dad's previuos work of place was John Williams Commercial in Bloemfontein (Barloworld Motors),

Can somebody please call my dad on *** for clarity.
