Provident fund still cant see my benefits online

i am disappointed on the service i am receiving from AF, it been 2 years and i still cannot view my benefit statement online as it still says 0.00. I have tried to get this fixed last year and i need to do the same process once again. I then request for a statement and my balance and told i cannot get it a call will be logged and no specific timelines are in place for this. someone has to do something about this.
