Provident fund payout

Im so disapointed in your service i app**** for my provident fund on the 22 August 2024 up until today i didnt receive a cent from them i just mean its my own money i worked for 4 years i tried contacting aforbes several times but no answer i sent them emails plenty of times no response last week saturday they sent me a mail saying i need to contact my ex employer because they didnt submit my papers i then contact my hr and he sent me the details to show that he submitted my papers on the 22August 2024 i then sent Alexandre forbes the screenshot showing that my Hr did submit my papers i did that on wednesday they never came back to me im so sick and tired of waiting on my payout
