Provident fund payout

My provident fund claim was submitted through by a company i used to work for in April 2020, when i call Alexander forbes for feedback they do confirm that all my documents are inorder but no one knows whats happening with my claim, i have been promised a call back for more than 50 times now, no response on emails,its really frustrating to be getting such pathetic service from one of the big finacial service company Poor poor poor service I'm totally gatvol with this company
