Provident fund payout delayed

Services being rendered by the company is very poor. I have a pending provident fund claim/payout with no communication and a way forward, i haven't been able to pay for my basic needs and have exhausted funds that cover my basics needs and have written an email with the query to be resolved and provide feedback since i have received an sms that it will be paid within 4 weeks, and it's been more than 7 days not have been responded since I wrote an email as I have a pending provident payout ,the next step is The ombudsman . As I'm following the procedures ,I have waited, written email for feedback and nothing.
