Provident Fund Payout

I resigned from my previous employer in December with which a claim form was submitted on my behalf. Alexander Forbes, informs me only last week that the claim form that was submitted by my ex employer was incorrect/outdated. This was after I had called them and all occasions, they never picked up that the form was incorrect. I was then asked to submit a new claim form which I did. Everytime when I call into the client centre, every consultant seems to be clueless about what to do as I have been told different things by different people. The new claim form was submitted and now apparently a NEW CLAIM HAS TO BE REGISTERED! Mind you, I’m only being informed of this today, after I called in, at this point, I don’t know how many times I’ve called into this company. Are you telling me that it takes a whole week for a new claim to be registered? They then have the audacity and the gull to tell me that it is going to take another 4 weeks?! Like are you honestly insane?

Please pay my claim so that I can invest my money elsewhere because this is not how you treat customers. Client communication is key, that’s one of the things that make a good company and you guys simply don’t have that.
