Provident Fund Payout
I’ve had a horrible experience with Alexforbes. I left the company I was working for end of July and was advised that it will take up to 6 weeks for Alexforbes to process my claim. It’s been over 9 weeks now and I am not getting any help when I call. The tax directive was received on the 5th of November, but no payout has been made even today.
I cannot wait any longer and I want my money!!
