Provident fund payout

I'm very disappointed with alexander forbes I was retrenched from Affinity health end of June all documents were submitted but by August I still did not receive any communication from them I started calling and was told that I need to send documents to confirm my details as I have divorced and changed my details I sent those documents and they paid but the payment was rejected because they used my old surname even after I had sent the updated I then sent them the new updated bank statement my new ID and a copy of Divorce decree on the 26th of August on the 29th August I called and they said they had received the documents they are waiting for the administrator to release payment and that will take 7 to 14 days two weeks have passed and this is the third week I'm still getting the same response.When will the administrator release my payment. Every month for two years they deducted my money with no delay and now you're taking me from pillar to post when you're supposed to pay and the sad part is that there's no communication if I don't call no one calls emails are not answered and remember we are no longer employed so we need that money.Please advice what do I need to do to get paid
