Provident fund Payout

Struggling to get provident fund payout! All relevant documents was signed and send by me on 24 January 2018 and according to Alexander Forbes it was supposed to take 4 to 6 weeks for payout and we are on 4 Months now and still no payout??? I spoke to: Brandon, Nikita, Zenzele, Roxane, Wendy, Zanele Final payout dates were given to me 01/05/2018, 09/05/2018, 18/05/2018, 21/05/2018 So I phoned them yesterday 22/05/2018 to be told an administrator will call me witch didn't happened so I phoned again this morning 23/05/2018 with same story and still no call from them. I don't get any response from them!
