Provident fund payout

Hi everybody. So I called Alexander Forbes again this morning and low and behold. You would never guess my feedback after I had to give my I'd 3 times. The taxdurective has not been sent. Can you believe that. My last working date was 31 March 2023. Still have not received my Provident fund. I'm waiting for tax directives which I was assured takes approximately 48 hours is hanging in there for more than a month. This case has been escalated soooooo many times already. U thought Hello Peter would make this process faster but to no avail.
