Provident fund payout

I'm so heartbroken and disappointed with the service we are currently experiencing and receiving. We have been waiting for the payout for the longest now. It was said it takes 4 to 6 weeks for the company to payout but it's been months of no clear communication. My siblings and I are on the verge of being evicted from the house, none of us are employed as we just completed our studies. We need this money more than anything because we have nowhere to go once evicted. We've been asking about the progress of the claim to no clear answer. We've provided every detail and documentation required and requested. We have exhausted all the possible options to get to get this whole thing right. It's so bad.
