Provident fund pay out (not)

I have been waiting for my provident fund payout since September. Alexander Forbes says tax directive was received 23 November and my payment was meant to happen a week after that. (Call center agent admitted my payment was late).

Somehow each time I call (and hold on for at least 20 minutes), agents are unable to get a hold of the administrator who is handling my withdrawal. I have lost count of the calls and emails I have placed.

I am unemployed and have three kids to feed. Alexander Forbes has been nothing short of terrible and I feel victimised. This is my money and I should get it back when I ask for it. I am simply at a loss, heart broken even. I have payments outstanding that were meant to be paid with these funds, Alexander Forbes give me my money please!!!!
