Provident Fund Pay Out Feedback Non Existing!!!!

So my Claim Withdrawal was sent by my previous company by HR to them on the 1st of August 2019. I sent an email to them to confirm that they have received it, as I was without work and I am relying on this pay out to pay my rent and get food for my children.

I received an email back a week later on 08/08/2019 Good day Thank you for contacting the Alexander Forbes Helpdesk. I would like to begin by duly apologizing for the delay in responding to you due to the sheer volume of incoming queries received. Please be advised your documents have been received and sent to our administrators for further processing, feedback will be communicated once received. Today on the 15/08/2019 when I phoned to check if the claim has been worked on, STILL NOTHING ON THE SYSTEM! , Everytime they just say 3-5 working days. This is REALLY frustrating as I need my payout. I have submitted Previous Provident fund Payouts and NEVER had I been so UNINFORMED and KEPT IN THE DARK as with this Company!
