Provident Fund of my Late Uncle that passed away five years Ago.

I am writing this complaint on behalf of my Aunt who lost her husband five years ago if not six years. My uncle used to work for Sasko and throughout the years, we have been trying to claim his Provident Fund without any success. I have recently taken it upon myself to assist her in this matter. exchanging emails with the PepsiCO people and having to make endless phone calls. I reached out to Alexander Forbes as I was told that the funds are with Alexander Forbes and I was then told to communicate with PepsiCO which I did but they never update us on anything. Only when I send them mails they respond with "They haven't gotten any feedback from a certain department". This has become very frustrating and daunting. His first son is going to university next year and these funds would really come in handy for them. Should there be any further information required, Please feel free to ask.
