PROVIDENT FUND OF MY LATE FATHER

I was approached by the agent called Mzuzi on behalf of Alexander Forbes in 2013 with regard to the provident fund of my late father.

As requested, I compiled the necessary documents for Mzuzi to be submitted to Alexander Forbes. I never heard anything since then.

I followed up myself directly with Alexander Forbes I was told that the documents were not received I resend all the documents sent to Mzuzi.

I was promised that everything is in order. The claim will be paid as soon as possible. The time went by, I followed up again that’s when I taken from pillar to post, is either one of the documents is missing or the documents are not loaded to their database.

I did as the request me to do and I was promised in October 2017 that everything is in order the money will be paid in December. I followed up again in January 2018 I am told the other document is missing. I went through my documents and find that the documents they are requesting is included in my attachments.

To date I have not received my money.
