Provident fund not paid since 2014 ??? Company misalignment

After years of being given the run around for my claim from JD Group call centre in Umhlanga which i worked for years agi, i have reached the breaking point due to no joy and assistance from Alexander Forbes. Not only have i been told to call numerous land lines and send numerous emails, i have not been paid out my Provident fund pending from 2014.

I need urgent assistance and alignment from Pepkor trading whom i have called with no luck and Alexander Forbes.

Earliest feedback will be highly appreciated at this frustrating point.
